The dwelling is reserved exclusively for the occupants designated in the lease.
It is strictly prohibited to use the dwelling for tourist accommodation or for profit (e.g., Airbnb). Any subletting is prohibited.

All costs and expenses related to Hydro-Québec services and telecommunications are the responsibility of the tenant.

The tenant must provide all relevant documents, such as an employment confirmation letter (salary, position, seniority, and employment status), to the full satisfaction of the landlord.

Pets are not permitted in the dwelling.

Smoking or vaping (cigarettes, cannabis, or any other substance) inside the dwelling is strictly prohibited.

The tenant is prohibited from altering, modifying, or damaging, in any way, the interior or exterior structure of the dwelling or the building, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, woodwork, balconies, and other surfaces, notably by drilling, covering, painting, installing anchors, or performing any other work, without the landlord's prior written consent.

Minor, non-permanent installations are permitted provided prior approval from the landlord has been obtained; any marks, holes, or damage must be repaired by the tenant at the end of the lease.

The tenant must obtain and maintain civil liability insurance for the entire duration of the lease and provide proof before receiving the keys, and thereafter upon request by the landlord.
